Welcome to Seaside Shanty. We are located in the Seabrook Village- Beach District. Come and sit on your private porch and enjoy the sea breeze. This two bedroom, 1 bathroom suite is family friendly. Walking distance (just across the bridge) to downtown Hampton Beach where you will find great restaurants, entertainment and the main boardwalk. You are surrounded by beaches- take your pick! Come and stay at your home away from home!

Seaside Shanty has 1 parking spot which are located directly in front of the suite. Please park appropriately. If all unit are full there needs to be enough room to park 5 vehicles on this side of the building.
Please treat our home like it's your own. Please be courteous to the other folks trying to enjoy their time on the seacoast as much as you. There are five other units in this building. Please try to enjoy your quiet time after 9pm. 

Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations.

Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.

Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.

Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES!

Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Walking distance to 2 beaches. We could only stay for one night but would highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Clean cute house in quiet beach community neighborhood. Accommodating re parking. Walkable, yes, but not as close to downtown Hampton Beach as expected. Still manageable though.
