Located in the eastern part of the village of Scuol right next to the bus stop and the cross-country ski trail. The Engadin Bad Scuol, many restaurants and shopping facilities are within easy walking distance.

This renovated, comfortably furnished 3.5-room apartment invites you to enjoy your vacation to the full. The large living and dining area is ideal for reading, playing games or enjoying time together. The new kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is a beautiful, bright parquet floor throughout the apartment.

The ski bus stop is located directly in front of the house, in about 10 minutes you can easily reach the train station and the valley station. Use of the ski bus is free of charge in winter. The cross-country ski trail is only 200 m away.
