Enjoy the peace and quiet in the typical Engadine village of Sent, which is close to the centre of Scuol. In winter, the 10 km long dream piste ends right on the doorstep. Surrounded by sgraffiti-decorated houses, the Swiss National Park and a skiing and swimming offer that is second to none, you will be greeted by the locals with a friendly Allegra in the street.
The modernly furnished flat is up to date and is characterised by the panoramic view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites from the living room and the balcony. The use of new and old wood creates an exciting interplay and a lot of warmth. The open-plan living room area with a pull-out sofa bed and a flat-screen TV is striking. Perfect for relaxing after an eventful hike or a day's skiing. Another highlight is the large wooden dining table, which invites you to linger. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second with two single beds. To enjoy your morning coffee or an aperitif in the evening, you can enjoy the wonderful view from the balcony.

Shopping facilities can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The (ski) bus stop is located at Plaz, approx. 600 metres from the house. The valley station of the mountain railways and the Scuol-Tarasp railway station can be easily reached in approx. 14 minutes. The use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket in winter. The valley descent to Sent, known as the dream piste, ends just above the village.
