That was my second stay at this hotel as I was celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary with my wife. It was a terrible 3 nights. My original room had a flood in the bathroom upon checking in. They changed my room to one where there was construction going on above all day and all night. When I tried to complain to the front desk, the phone in the room was broken and I had to go to the reception area. Once I explained the issues, I was told there was construction going on above my room and there was nothing they can do. The spa was cold with no heat and the sauna had nails sticking out of the planks. I do not think I will be staying there again. Furious and disappointed.

Staff was great and accommodating but property was lacking maintenance. Hvac not working properly. Hvac in room sounded like a train. Room was humid with air on. Sidewalks, parking lot and walkways broken. Interior Ceiling of Outdoor tent was filthy. Outdoor seating cushions stained and dirty. Ants everywhere on outside patio. Squirels climbing in and out of outdoor garbage cans. Heat in hot tub not working.

Good for an overnight stop
Quick overnight stay traveling by. Convenient location and a good value. Room was clean, though maybe a little dated. The breakfast was good and it's the first place I've seen with a covered parking area for motorcycles.

The property is in real need of renovations and updating. However, what lacks in looks and updates is made up by the stellar staff. Everyone I encountered was helpful and kind. Specifically, Regan went far above and beyond. I fell violently ill with food poisoning and my toilet happened to be clogged before I got sick. When I called down for help in the middle of the night she immediately came up with a plunger and cleared it quickly! She also brought a few other necessities for me, as well as called an ambulance for me when I needed medical attention. She was amazing and I was so grateful for her help.

Charlie stands out at the front desk. He’s always very accommodating and professional. The housekeeping staff was great as well. We had dinner at the bistro one night and breakfast every morning, The food was hot and excellent .The prices were very affordable. This was my second stay. It just as great as the first one in May. The location is perfect and close to everything we need.

There was a mix up with our booking and the hotel was packed. The front desk first sent up their wonderful staff with a cot for us, which we thought would be the end of it, but no. They went above and beyond. They found my family and I a room with two beds. We were more than grateful.
