We stay in this hotel all the time, however I needed to wait for someone to fix my key, it wouldn't work. I had come from work tired and driving from NJ and instead of assigning me a new room I had to wait for it to be fixed which took more than 1.5 hours

I love the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I did not like the breakfast. The sausage the first day was as hard as a rock. The second the sausage was good but the biscuits were hard on the bottom.

Stay here often.. front desk staff was excellent. They were extremely polite and helpful. We also felt that the cleaning crew did an exceptional job this trip… the room was very clean when we checked in and even more clean the 2nd day we stayed. Great job by all the staff.

I wasn't aware in advance, but I was booked for a handicap-accessible room. The room was fine. It was spacious, if a little dated. Unlike a Holiday Inn express I stayed in the night before, it didn't have USB outlets on the night stands. The white comforter had a stain on it, but it didn't seem dirty. The bathroom floor was especially slippery for wet feet, which seemed weird for a handicap room. Overall, it was a nice room and I'd stay there again if I needed to.

I checked in at 3:00pm. on September 17th and stayed just 1 night. I have had a rough couple of weeks and am bouncing around hotels. The woman at the desk asked if I was just passing through, and in my exhaustion, I let my situation slip. She could have dismissed it or given some sort of platitude, but she asked more about it and genuinely seemed to show compassion. It didn't change my life, but it made me feel good and took a little weight off my shoulders. It's been a while since I've seen some human kindness. Unfortunately, I can't recall her name. I didn't see her after checking in, and I didn't want to seem like a creep asking after her, but I hope she sees this and is commended for her ability to turn me into a grateful customer before I even made it to my room. It was such a short stay that I didn't get to interact with much of the other staff, but the ones I did meet were very friendly and warm. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet and close to some great restaurants.

A quick review of half the parking lot as I walked in showed 7 lights needing replacement. The parking lot was very dark. Felt like an easy target for smash and grab thieves out of cars in a dark lot. Room 316 air conditioner was excessively loud. Definitely needs attention

The hotel itself was fine. Many places to eat and shop very close. The beds were horrendous. They felt like the supports under the mattress were about to break. Very creaky, made noise every time you readjusted, and felt like the mattress dipped in the middle. The pool was nice, the Spa jets didn’t work, and the whole pool area was filled with unattended kids. The parents were out in the outdoor living space not paying attention to them fooling around in the spa or jumping backwards into the pool. Not inherently a hotel issue, but a potential issue with zero staff even checking in at all. Breakfast was good, not great, but what you expect for a hotel breakfast. Staff were nice. For one night it was fine but we were definitely glad our stay wasn’t longer.
