Marvella was an absolute delight, asked what brought us into town and when I told her our NYC trip was cancelled because of weather she upgraded our room to the top floor overlooking the ski resort so we had a nice view. Super sweet and welcoming, funny and explained everything in detail.

The bed was the most comfortable that I've ever slept in at a hotel. And I spent about 30 plus nights this year at hotels. I even pulled back the sheets to see if I could get some information about the bed to possibly buy it for my own personal use. It was that good! The room was very clean. The air conditioning system worked well. The refrigerator was nice and cold. The internet speeds were very good! The only negative in my whole stay was the shower pressure was a little low. The towels were plus sized. I had to stay here due to a power outage in my area. The price was pretty reasonable as well. Very happy with it. Would highly recommend to anybody traveling in this area.

We live nearby but lost power so we came here to have heat and hot water for the night. It was a good choice. Great hotel. One small thing was parking. The parking lot had very limited spots that were cleared. I had to park on a snow pile. However, given the storm it was understandable.

Accommodations were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast included a generous selection of hot and cold items. The establishment is dog-friendly at a cost of $50/stay, which is a bit steep for one night but reasonable for longer visits. There was a 15 minute wait at check-in as the attendant had stepped away from the desk, but check-out was quick and seamless. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Overall clean. Maintenance left their equipment in our room and the room had a fowl smell from freshly laid caulk. There are windows that open up but they never did that. Had to call front desk to have them get their stuff. Took them about 15 minutes. I ended up putting everything outside in the hallway. Breakfast was mediocre, I expected better.
