One week business trip in july 2014
Breakfast was good and room was big. Although the hotel gym (fitness) was bad and wifi was bit slow. The hotel is located about 2 km away from the Schwelm city centre. I was hoping for also climate / heater control unit to my room. The staff was friendly and you can find grocery store behind the the hotel park (about 500 meters)

Nahezu perfekt.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Neben dem zugehörigen Gelände gibt es hier wirklich einladende Orte und selbst die Straßen im Umkreis laden mit Blumen an jeder Ecke zum flanieren ein. Unsere Suite war geräumig und hatte alles, was man brauchte. Das Bad hatte eine Dusche und eine Badewanne, was heutzautage weitaus nichtmehr der Standard ist. Insgesamt war das Hotel künstlerisch / modern gehalten. Ein kleiner Dämpfer unseres Ausfluges waren die Silberfische im Bad (hiervon wusste man scheinbar schon) und ein Missverständnis am Checkout, welches uns bis an dem Frühstückstisch verfolgt hat. Fazit: Ein schönes Hotel mit großteils sehr herzlichem Personal und gegebener Wohlfühl Atmosphäre.

Die Unterkunft ist im allgemeinen gut, reicht völlig aus für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Problem ist ab 4 Uhr Nachts machte die Heizung sehr laute Geräusche ( wie als würde vor der Tür ein Presslufthammer benutzt werden)

Ich hätte aus dienstlichen Gründe meinen Aufenthalt um eine Nacht kürzen müssen. Obwohl ich nicht das erste Mal hier zu Gast bin und selbst Expedia mit dem Hotel telefoniert hat ( ich war beim Telefonat dabei), ließ das Hotel keinen Kompromiss zu und verlangte die volle Kosten. Kundenunfreundlichkeit hoch drei. Werde hier nicht mehr einchecken. Dank des Entgegenkommens des Hotelpersonals darf ich nun morgens um 6.00 Uhr losfahren um pünktlich beim Termin sein zu dürfen. Wie gesagt: es lag nur am Personal… von Expedia aus war alles in grünen Tüchern.
