Es wurde trotz Vorauszahlung von 50% beim Check-In die volle Summe berechnet und einkassiert. Angeblich hatte die Mitarbeiterin keinen Zugriff auf die Buchungen vom Hotels.com... Dazu ist zum CheckIn einen Mitgliedsausweis??? nötig... meine Mitarbeiter haben uns gebeten das Hotel nicht mehr zu buchen
