Villa XXL villa style for high demands of large families or up to 4 couples and up to 8 children. Lots of space on 3 floors and in the basement with a total of about 250m ². Spacious kitchen on the ground floor with all necessary appliances (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, food processor, toaster, coffee maker, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker) and for the maximum occupancy of sufficient crockery and cutlery. Can openers, bottle openers, etc. are also available. Dining table with 320cm length, 12 chairs and highchair are available.
3D LED TV and Blu-ray DVD home entertainment system in the living room area. Second living or Children's playroom on the first floor with plasma TV, DVD player and furniture safe. Many board games and books are available.
A special treat for all kids will be preparing my Froebel play area with every chunk of wood!
Washing machine and condenser are available in the basement.
A double bed room with bed size: 220cm x 200cm for large guests on the floor. A double bedroom with walk-in closet. In the EC bathroom with shower and hair dryer and separate toilet. On the upper floor a bathroom with toilet and shower and a bathroom with toilet and bathtub.
In the attic children's sleep area with 8 stack beds (each 90x200).
If necessary, children's cot bed available - please call.
Please do not forget slippers - soft wood floors !!! 6 parking spaces on the property! In winter there are 3 sleds. MTB and children's bicycles as well as sun loungers and a beer tent set for cozy barbecue evenings in the garden are available free of charge. What would be a holiday home without barbecue in Thuringia? So this is also available - in XXL format! In the garden - lavender, lavender, lavender. Also like to cut bouquets and take home - of course, only in the season!
The mobile reception is guaranteed throughout the house! Free Wi-Fi is of course!
During unfavorable weather conditions, young and more experienced guests in the basement can also pass the time on a table football, so that boredom has no chance.
For hiking orientation, I installed a large hiking map on the wall in the corridor of the EC. In the hall of the upper floor there is a small "art gallery" of a befriended Dresden artist.
 
The additional costs (300,00 €), the final cleaning costs (180,00 €) and the deposit (300,00 €) are to be paid directly to the landlord 1 week before arrival. I grant a club discount of 10% on the net rental price. Please contact us early because of the account details and further consultation. Rental is weekly from Saturday to Saturday. As an exception, shorter periods, but at least 4 nights, can be booked.
If you arrive by train, a luggage transport to the house is possible on request.


A recovery fee of EUR 2.00 per adult and day is charged locally. Children from 6 to 18 years pay EUR 1.00 per day.
