Es gibt fast nichts zu bemängeln. Das einzige kleine Manko war der Service am letzten Abend. Hier war leider etwas Chaos (nicht gedeckter Tisch, vergessene Bestellungen etc.). Die Abende davor waren jedoch perfekt.

Sehr gutes Essen, sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet, leider war das Zimmer etwas zu warm trotz ausgeschaltener Heizung. Abgetrennter Familienbereich für Wellness und Sauna hervorragend. Normaler Wellnessbereich auch sehr gut mit diversen Saunen.

Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt sehr ruhig, angenehm und schön. Die Jause etwas zu üppig für uns, aber das Abendessen und vor allem das Frühstück sehr gut und die Auswahl und Qualität hervorragend (Örtliche Spezialitäten) Was uns gestört hat war, obwohl wir Verständnis haben für die Gastrounternehmen, dass das Personal ausschliesslich aus Ausländern bestand, die zum Teil kaum ein Wort deutsch sprechen konnten. Den schlimmsten trafen wir bei unserer Ankunft an der Reception an. Dieser Herr mit Bart war einigermassen höflich, jedoch in jedem Bereich ein Minimalist. Und zuletzt noch ein Kompliment für den Freitagabend. Wir hatten Stimmung, Tanz und beste Unterhaltung.

Golf- und Wellnessaufenthalt im Montafon
Sehr schöne, erweiterte Hoteanlage, etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes, dennoch gut gelegen (z.B. für Golfplatz). Grosszügige Wellnessanlage sowie gutes Massage Angebot. 3/4 Pension Angebot mit gutem Frühstücksbuffet, Jause-Buffet und Abendmenü (3 Hauptgänge zur Auswahl). Ebenso gute Wein- und Barangebote. Service Personal (die meisten) sehr freundlich und der Hotelkategorie entsprechend guter Service. Einziger Kritikpunkt, dass der Manager des Hotels kaum sichtbar ist und eher reserviert wirkt.

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit einem sehr guten Wellness und Spa-Bereich. Von der Sauna über die Ruhebereiche alles sehr sauber und neuwertig. Die meisten Hotelmitarbeiter (allen voran Rezeption und Frühstück) waren sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Es war einfach großartig, eine riesige Auswahl, viel frisches Obst und das Omelette wurde individuell frisch zubereitet. Unser Zimmer war im älteren Bereich des Hotels, die Einrichtung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Reinigungsleistung war durchschnittlich, teilweise wurde vergessen frische Handtücher und Klopapier hinzulegen. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung. Hier hätte es besser sein können.

- Einchecken/Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und kompetent, ein Begrüßungs-Kaffee oder -Prosecco hätte es noch toppen können, auch ein kleines Hand-out mit Lageplan der wichtigsten Dinge/Orte im Hotel und Übersicht der Restaurant- bzw. Öffnungszeiten wäre schön gewesen (sofern im digitalen Urlaubsbegleiter hinterlegt, fehlte ein solcher Hinweis beim Einchecken). - Unser Zimmer war super, die erbetenen Topper waren bereits aufgezogen, die Matratzen waren toll, das Zimmer ausgesprochen ruhig, lediglich die Klima-Anlage hat nicht einwandfrei gearbeitet (Ist-Temperatur von initial 18 Grad C hat sich der eingestellten Soll-Temperatur innerhalb mehrerer Stunden nur marginal genähert, bei einem Soll von 24 Grad haben wir während unseres mehrtägigen Aufenthalts maximal 21,1 Grad ablesen können). Dieser Fehler wurde bereits am Abend des Anreisetages gemeldet, aber eben nicht bearbeitet/behoben. Und wirklich vermisst haben wir eine Kaffeemaschine. - Spa-Bereich: Groß, gemütlich und super-modern! Sauna, Ruheräume, Getränke-Angebot und die Nuss-Knabbermischung haben wir reichlich und dankbar genutzt. Wir kommen gern wieder!
