In one of the most spectacular areas of Germany, surrounded by 2,700 metre-high mountains and crystal-clear mountain lakes, lies the village of Schönau am Königssee, in the heart of the Berchtesgadener Land National Park. This nature park is the only alpine nature reserve and is recognised by UNESCO as a special conservation area for animals such as the ibex and eagle and plants such as the edelweiss. The steep mountain ridge of the Watzmann towers above it all, which is covered in snow almost all year round and offers fantastic hiking opportunities.
This semi-detached house is for your exclusive use. The house consists of a total of three floors and thus three self-contained residential units. Ideal for spending a holiday with a larger group or with several families, acquaintances or friends.
The large garden has a sunbathing lawn and play equipment for the children. In the beautifully situated Berchtesgadener Land, surrounded by famous mountains such as Watzmann, Jenner, Hohes Brett, Göll and Kehlstein, this cosy holiday flat offers you rest and relaxation in the midst of a wonderful landscape. Lack of communication
This property is really rented through Belvilla. When I sent them questions, they said they would contact owner and then I never heard back with an answer. Also I emailed owner as instructed that I would arrive at 4 to check in and she responded ok, but there was nobody there. I finally found a neighbor that called owner and she told him where to find the keys. We never saw owner or got answers that we needed. Place was as advertised. The appearance was a bit tired looking.

Insgesamt in Ordnung
Insgesamt passt hier alles, ist etwas abgewohnt aber wohl noch i.O. Allerdings ist die Dachgeschosswohnung nur bedingt für Erwachsene über 1,8m und Trockenrasierer geeignet. Dafür hat Sie aber eine geniale Aussicht! Die Durchlaufhöhe ist nur selten ausrechend und der Spiegel hängt nicht überm Waschbecken. Die unteren beiden Wohnungen sind i.O. Kicker im Keller, Grill wohl noch nicht aufgebaut.

Für diesen hohen Preis, gibt es bestimmt bessere Ferienhäuser.
Seit Jahren wurde nichts an dem Haus gemacht. (Renovierungsbedürftig) Alles voll mit Spinnennetzen an Decke und Wänden. Nicht sauber geputzt. für diesen Preis absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Wir haben das gesamte Haus mit 3 Familien belegt. Es war ausreichend Platz und grade die zwei Kinderzimmer sehr geräumig. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küchenzeilen in denen wirklich alles vorhanden war was man benötigt. Großer Garten mit kleinem Spielhaus und in direkter Nähe zu einem kleinen Bach. Die Ache hört man im Hintergrund rauschen. Super Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne gesamte Umgebung. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden auch die Vermieterin war sehr nett und kleine Wünsche wie z.B neue Handtücher wurden umgehend erfüllt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz und einem schönen Garten.
2 Erwachsene 1 Kind und 1 Hund. Wir waren absolut zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Schöner Garten direkt an einem Bach. Schöner Fußweg zum Königssee. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Woche hier verbracht.

Ein rundum schöner Urlaub
Saubere Zimmer und Bäder bei der Übernahme, unkomplizierte Übernahmemodalitäten. Herrlicher Blick aus den Dachfenstern der oberen Wohnung zum Watzmannmasiv. Günstige Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, schnell in Berchtesgaden, angenehmer Weg zum Königssee, viele Vergünstigungen durch Gästekarte.
