Check-in was at 2, but nobody was there until almost 1430...there were several people waiting. The hotel itself was fine...older, a little worn, but not bad.

Needs a lot of refurbishment. When we arrived the water was dripping through the ceilings and lights!!! No warning signs. No A/C in the room was hard to sleep. The third bed didn't have any duvet or pillow so my child was sleeping under the towel.

Insonorisation de l'extérieur inexistante, hôtel prêt d'un grand carrefour. Insonorisation entre les chambres de très mauvaises qualité. Télévision cassée. tête de lit posée trop haute, les oreillers passent dessous et l'angle en bois est très désagréable .

Bra för en natt
Vi stannade för en natt och trivdes bra. Hotellet ligger nära stan och kan lätt nås med spårvagn som stoppar strax utanför hotellet. Rummet var rent, dock mycket litet. Vi blev också positivt överraskade av att kvarstående bröd från frukosten hade placerats vid receptionen och fick tas med kostnadsfritt. Trevligt för gästerna och mindre matsvinn! Det enda riktiga minuset med våran vistelse var att vi blev frågade av personalen att checka ut redan vid 11 även om det stod kl 12 på bokningen.

Passez votre chemin
Degeulasse. Chambre sale, puante (tabac froid) douche crade avec des crachats et macaques collées au carrelage. En sortant de la douche, des moumoutes se collaient aux pieds, des peaux de grains de tournesol partout sur le sol. Lors de la réclamation, le réceptionniste nous sort que malheureusement ils n’ont plus de chambre. Pas d’excuse, pas de solutions, pas meme un geste commercial, bref: demerdez vous.

Parc Expos et Palais des Congrès
À deux pas du palais des congrès. Parking petit mais cette fois ce fut facile. Le Monsieur à l'accueil est fantastique. Même une journée de pluie est ensoleillée avec ses bonnes paroles. Sur l'hôtel rien à reprocher, simple mais propre et confortable. Ne surtout pas changer de réceptionniste.

Fuite dans la chambre du à la pluie….on m’a dit normale c’est une passoire cette hôtel. Mr de accueil rien a dire, par contre le matin la dame pas très chaleureuse et me dit dsl pour la passoire mais c’est comme ca ici lol 😂😅
