Our 3-bedroom maisonette is situated on the 1st and 2nd floor of our 2 flat conversions. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stunning oak worktops and a breakfast bar for morning coffee or lunch time snacks.

The newly decorated lounge-diner has a dining table with six chairs to seat all the family for a meal. Or simply unwind on the cozy velvet sofa while enjoying the 43-inch smart TV.

We are available by phone, email, and chat, and we're conveniently nearby if you need assistance at the apartment.

The apartment is about a 10 minute walk from the train station or 5 minutes in a taxi. There are also buses to Whitby and Filey. Walking is especially easy, and most attractions can be reached on foot within 30 minutes or less. A lovely stroll around the North Marine Road will take you to the South Bay and all the attractions there.
If you like a good hike, the stunning cliff-top walks along the Cleveland Way are nearby. Walk North to Whitby or South to Filey.
We provide tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits so you can have a cuppa as soon as you arrive without worrying about buying milk.

Just down the road from the apartment are The Hideout Cafe and The North Bay Fisheries for the most amazing fish and chips. Tesco Express, One Stop, and Aldi are all within walking distance for shopping.

There are also a few local pubs and a good choice of restaurants nearby. The location is very central, but also quiet and peaceful.

The spacious apartment has 3 generously sized bedrooms, with hanging space, drawers, modern lighting and mirrors. We have provided extra comfortable mattresses and large fluffy towels. The apartment has a spacious bathroom, lobby and an additional shower room upstairs.

The apartment is about a 20 minute walk from the train station or 5 minutes in a taxi. There are also buses to Whitby and Filey.

Great value and location.
Modern, warm and clean. This had all the facilities we needed, Short walk from the beach and seafront. Well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. Board games provided. We loved this property.
