A peaceful, luxurious and spacious villa. Two bedrooms, ground floor and fully self-contained with sea views. 1 Queen bed and 2 singles. Full kitchen, dining, lounge, bathroom, quality linen, Air-Con. Included WiFi, parking for 1 car at the door, heated indoor swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen with full stove and fridge, microwave, dining table, spacious lounge with TV, large shower, linen & heating/air con. A five minute walk to the beach!

Private space with views of the Tasman Sea and Scamander Beach. Please note that the indoor heated swimming pool is a shared pool with other guests.

Full, private access to the villa. We offer self check in from a key safe located at reception. We will text you the code on the morning of arrival.

A quite, laid back little seaside town.
Fishing:
Scamander is a well serviced town known for its easily accessible beach and river mouth. The Scamander River is popular amongst anglers with great Bream fishing spots dotted along the shores, or try your luck from the beach with a surf rod and hook a Black Back Salmon, Tailor, Flathead and various other species.
Swimming and Beaches:
Clean, uncrowded beaches and clear, pristine water with miles of sandy white shoreline to stroll on. Scamander river mouth, next to our Villas, also provides shallow and protected still water for children to play in.
Shelly Point has spectacular ocean views. It is a popular spot for surfing and surf fishing. The area is also a shell collectors paradise, providing hours of fun adults and children alike.

Scamander is a small seaside town so you can walk everywhere. Five minutes to the beach which is located just across the road.
A car is required to explore further afield. Safe, free parking on site next to your Villa.

You wil be staying in a self contained, self servicing villa. Please dispose of any rubbish prior to departure in the outside bins provided. Please remove and dispose of any food items in the fridge. Please wash and dry all dishes and cooking utensils and put them away in the cupboards. No Party Policy. No smoking inside. No Events.
