Beautifully renovated interior completed July of 2020 in this 2 bedroom 2 bath home. New furniture throughout, Super comfortable beds in each room. master bedroom has a queen and the 2nd bedroom can be set up as a king or 2 twin beds just be specific when booking. Smart televisions in all bedrooms and living room, AC to keep you cool in the summer. Property sits on 2 acres with a stream that you can sit by and relax , take a quiet walk or start a nice fire in the pit. Best of all your not deserted- there is a pizzeria/beer eat in take out adjacent to the home-- just within a 1 minute WALK, 3 minutes from beautiful Saylorsburg Lake where you can enjoy a delicious meal at Lakeside Bar and Grill with live music on the weekends ! as well as an open outdoor deck on the lake ! .Your just minutes off of 33 minutes no guess work easy to find and easy to navigate to many great spots without being stuck in the Pocono traffic on the way in ! Within minutes you can be at Saylorsburg Flea market largest outdoor flea market in the Pocono's. If you love vineyards and winery this is the spot within 10 minutes of Blue Ridge Estate Vineyard & Winery, 5 minutes from Sorrento Cherry Valley Vineyard, 10 min from RAW Urban Winery & Hard Cidery & a few more For those who like to hike, we are about a 5 minute drive from the Appalachian trail and 15 minute drive to Jacobsburg state park which also has mountain bike trails , walking trails and all terrain runs as well. you can also fish and have a picnic or just walk around enjoy nature. Good for our needs
The unit is a split house, plenty big for our purposes. It is realy close to the main road with lots of traffic. We had to put earplugs in . The kitchen does not have a dishwasher.

Wonderful place to stay
We came to the area to attend the COTA Jazz festival in Delaware water gap, as well as hike the Appalachian trail, but traveling with a dog can be tough. This place was affordable, pet friendly and not far at all for our needs. Paul was very communicative, and Shannon was very quick to respond to any questions we may have had. Saylorsburg Pizza is a 2 minute walk from the front door, and their food is delicious! Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Great location and amenities
Perfect location for access to Tannersville outlets, Jim Thorpe and Pocono Raceway. Rental had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Kitchen had every gadget and appliance needed. Host was exceptional to work with and very responsive.

Very nice, will return next year!
Well equipped house. Included everything you might want, although we were out all days at the Wind Gap Bluegrass Festival and never cooked. Large comfortable living room with two sofas. Had TVs in every room. We found the mattress in the master bedroom too saggy and asked our host to please make up the king bed in the other room. That bed was fine. Response was immediate and friendly. Turns out our host was also a fan of bluegrass music. We will return next year. Would recommend.

Great property with easy access to Stroudsburg, Allentown, Pocono Mts. and surrounding areas. Updated bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean and perfect if you’re traveling with doggies. (Lots of lawn) Great Pizzeria within walking distance. We loved it!

It was a very pleasant stay!
The apartment was sweet and simple, the property behind the house is pretty to look at, a small pond and a little river off to the side. We were provided with plenty of utensils and toiletries. Very easy to find, what I can say is that if you’re a light sleeper like myself, bring ear plugs because the traffic is frequent most hours of the night and can be very noisy. The house creaks a bit but nothing you don’t get used to fairly quickly. Also a very convenient location, very close by to anything we need The property manager Paul was very responsive and incredibly considerate, a storm was rolling through and he called us to make sure we were aware and prepared just in case we got the worst case scenario. We definitely can say we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place!
We enjoyed our stay very much - the property is well-equipped, clean and conveniently located very close to Delaware Water Gap activities. We had a small issue with heat and Paul very quickly came and fixed it. Great place to stay!

Very convenient for the event that we attended. We needed a place primarily for sleeping since there were no local motels. So, we were not able to fully utilize all the unit's amenities. The only negative is that it is located on a very busy street, so the traffic noise is substantial. But that's a very beautiful area and would choose to stay at that property again if we went back.

Amazing
For being my first experience it was amazing. The place was clean and just how it was described. I had no issues at all. I will definitely book again and recommend the place to others. On my stay I went to bush kill fall with my dog and had a great time. It’s about a 30-40 min drive.

This property is located in a central location so it’s a short drive to places of interest no matter what direction you goes. The house is a duplex and is located right beside a very, very busy road (115). There is a fire pit but the view to the stream is overgrown, the ponds are drained, the grass wasn’t mowed and I’m not sure where you’re taking a “quiet” walk to. Just be aware the this is not a private area and I found the description and the pictures to be extremely misleading. There are neighbors on all sides and a very busy 24 hour veterinarian across the street.

We did not want to leave!!
First and foremost, the property is beautiful. It was fully renovated, cleaned, organized and super cozy. The house had everything we needed including board games and books. It was super easy to check in. Paul was very attentive to our messages and very accommodating to our needs. Our neighbor is such a sweetheart. The backyard is AMAZING, well kept, very spacious and relaxing with the creek running next to the fire pit. The check out process was simple and clear. We wanted to extend our stay but it was booked :( We will definitely be visiting again and booking for a longer duration. Paul is an amazing host.

First time in the Poconos
This was our first time visiting the Poconos. We were unsure what to expect or if venues would be open due to the current pandemic. We decided to look for a small, pet friendly rental with amenities. We could not be more pleased with our place and our stay! It had everything we needed, check in / out was super easy, close to the local vineyards, restaurants, and attractions.
