The Hideaway, a hidden gem in Saxmundham, offers the perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience. Tucked away behind the High Street, this 1 bedroom ground floor apartment has been totally renovated to the highest standard and provides light, bright, comfortable accommodation for a couple or a single guest. As well as being so central, it has the envious benefit of having a private, fully enclosed garden. An ideal spot for exploring the Suffolk coast and countryside with your four legged friend.
Tucked away behind the high street, this property, that was once part of the Old Print Works established in 1854, has been transformed into a beautiful apartment with all the latest appliances, yet maintaining some traditional and historic touches.
You're welcomed into the light and airy open plan living space with a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a Smart TV . The dining area has a table and 2 chairs, should you wish to dine in. The kitchen is equipped with an electric touch button hob and oven, with the oven also functioning as a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, kettle and toaster.
The shower room is off the kitchen and has a walk in power shower with a waterfall and hand held shower, WC and hand basin.
The bedroom is light and airy with natural light flooding in through the side windows and velux windows. It has a king size bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and chest or drawers.
Outside there is a spacious enclosed garden which is a sun trap in the summer and a sheltered, bright spot to enjoy the winter sun. There is a table and chairs making it a perfect private place to dine al fresco or simply, enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the sun.
