Welcome to Sunny Dunes Ranch, a beautiful home just moments from Warren Dunes and another great home offered by Third Coast Vacations, a full-service vacation rental company run by locals who love Harbor Country. 

Located on a peaceful dirt road away from Red Arrow Highway and half a mile from Warren Dunes beach access, this family-friendly home is the perfect escape for friends and family to enjoy the calm of Southwest Michigan.

This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom, ranch-style home sleeps 12, making it ideal for large families or multi-family groups. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars.

Enter through the main front door into an open and bright kitchen and dining area. Down the hallway, you'll find three main floor bedrooms and two bathrooms: a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, a bunk bed room with a twin-over-double pyramid bunk bed and cozy chair, and a third bedroom with a queen-size bed. One of the three bathrooms, the washer and dryer, and the cute workout area with a Peloton bicycle are located at the top of the stairs from the bedrooms, between the kitchen and the garage.

The recently renovated lower-level features two large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a double bed, bunk bed and a queen bed (perfect for a full family to sleep comfortably!).

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a Wolf range for indoor meals, chef’s knives, a new Abt Electronics refrigerator, and a large grill for outdoor cooking. The family room is airy and spacious, with skylights, a large-screen TV, a fireplace, and plenty of cozy seating.

Step out to the furnished screen porch with sweeping wooded views, leading to a large deck and outdoor dining area with a fenced backyard. Outside the fence, you'll find grassy space for playing cornhole, tag, or capture the flag.

Dozens of games and puzzles
Beach chairs and umbrellas
An outdoor movie projector with screen and speaker

The dining room fireplace is decorative only.
Guests can use their own streaming channels on the TV.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, strictly enforced to respect our neighbors.
