The best hotel!
We had an amazing stay! Tristan at the front desk was so personable and kind. I have never met someone with such wonderful hospitality. Anything we needed, he had taken care of right away. He answered all of our questions with a smile and really made us feel welcome. He greeted us by name when we would return to the hotel after being out on the town. The rooftop bar was delicious and all the servers were hyper aware of my allergies and made sure to accommodate for that. We will definitely be returning to Thompson for our next stay in Savannah!

Room was not ready at 4 PM had to wait 1.5 extra hours which made us miss a dinner reservation - and they didn’t seem to care - nothing offered for the inconvenience! Parking is an absolute joke !! No where to park yourself AND if you can get a valet it’s 49 per night!!
