Welcome to your industrial-modern loft getaway in Historic Downtown Savannah, where your daily living needs are preserved within our remarkably delightful spaces fit for working, relaxing, imbibing, and sleeping. Designed to converge both modern luxuries with tasteful nods to Savannah’s historic roots, each guest will enjoy our spaces featuring modern furnishings, Tuft & Needle mattresses, Parachute linens, Apple TVs, Public Goods amenities, local Perc coffee, and more. This loft includes a complete kitchen, two private bedrooms, washer and dryer in unit, and an Interior Define memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room all designed to allow your mind to escape the flurry of everyday life.

We offer a seamless and contactless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system.

The Grant, Savannah: We allow pets on a case-by-case basis. You must submit a pet request before your reservation. Please note: If we can accommodate your request, only one pet is allowed per reservation, the pet cannot exceed 75lbs, and you will be charged a non-refundable pet fee of $250.

Service Animals: We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay.

Stay at Black Swan
This place is so convenient to Broughton St. and downtown Savannah. Super clean and very responsive host. I would recommend the location for those that don't mind a little street noise at night. Overall, most convenient location with close by parking, restaurants, bars and shops.

Close to Everything!
The perfect location in proximity to everything you want in the Historic District. Tours, bikes, rooftop bars, food - you don't have to plan too much time to get to anything. Host very responsive.

Perfect Loft Stay
This place was amazing. So cleanly, amenities were great, decor was a 10/10, & location was perfect - so easy to walk to everything. The keypad to get into the loft was a little wonky but other than that I don’t have any complaints!

Great location, well appointed
The location was excellent, the accommodations were also excellent, the only suggestion I have is to provide a bed step stool for the king size bed in the front bedroom, as it was so tall it made it difficult to get into. There is a wooden low table that I used but even that was difficult. Before I got there I was worried about the parking, but that turned out not to be a problem as there was always a space in the street somewhere close.
