Great hotel, great service. Staff is amazing and super helpful. Only reason for four stars is because we had 2 rooms booked and only got 1 because of overbooking.

The location of the property is great. We have stayed there many times in the past. The hotel carpet needs to be removed and disposed; it smelled like dog. Cleanliness, upkeeping; and deodorizing were missing. The staff is friendly and helpful. I think they were understaffed. The rooms are nice, large, have great size kitchenettes; bathroom is fine. Happy hour, and breakfast were adequate.

Miserable stay
Housekeeping barely cleaned rooms. Debris that should have been vacuumed layed for days. We never experienced so many hotel staff miserable at thier jobs and seemingly wanting to be somewhere else.

The property is a bit old and looks very different from what the photo shows. The staff only speak to you about things they have to speak with you and no more. Feel quite cold overall.

we totally loved this property from the moment we walked in the door! It happened to be social hour, and there was music, playing free beer, and wine and appetizers! I would expect nothing less for Savannah!. The rooms were amazing. Loved the plantation shutters that looked out to the beautiful street below. We enjoyed all of the amenities Provided. Would definitely consider staying here again for an extended time. Nice leisurely walk to River Street for dinner. Love, strolling around in the historic district of Savannah. Next trip will be longer!
