Pros: affordable price, location, staff, free breakfast, easy parking. Cons: Our room had issues - huge (3' stain on carpet, blood on duvet cover, cracks in bathroom and both sinks, top rack of dishwasher very difficult to pull out, clogged kitchen sink. (Was given a free drink voucher for the duvet cover which was appreciated.)

Great location and staff. However, the property is in sore need of some TLC- from the chunked-up flooring in the lobby to the filthy carpet in the hallways and peeling covering on the skylight. The room was clean, if a bit tight quarters. I can't imagine 4 people staying in the double and having room for their suitcases.

The room was great, king bed with full kitchen and at a decent price. They were able to accommodate our plan changes with no issues. It was in walking distance to so much and right at Riverfront.
