The bath tub had strings of hair in it. Tub had a poorly sealed repair that was a bit of an eye sore. Middle age Caucasian woman working at the front desk Saturday night was extremely rude and mean spirited when requesting hot water. Generally tidy environment. However, there was a dead emaciated rat in the parking lot. Morning staff was pleasant at the front desk and in the dining area.

Rude front desk. We were not able to get an extra towel. We booked a king room but got 2 doubles. When I asked to correct this, she fought me, first by saying that’s what we booked (untrue) and then that we already were in the first room, so it was dirty. Finally got out king and it smelled like smoke. Door would not work well. Carpets were all very dirty and tile in bathroom was loose

Walked in the room to a disgusting smell. Figured out it was the desk chair. It was musty and/or moldy. The pillows had hair on them. Had it not been so late and we hadn’t been so exhausted we would have just left.
