They cut our stay short because of complaints but not one time did we ever get complaints and tried to keep our deposit...it was clean an pretty quiet but will never stay here again

Reason for my three stars elevator was out of on on the 3rd floor had to walk down to the second foor to catch the elevator.. The young lady did ask if I wanted to change to a queen from a king bed but my husband is a huge man so that didn’t work out other than tha nice hotel for the price

Upon entering the door, the hotel is very well put together and aesthetically pleasing. The elevator was sketchy, the hallways had no air-conditioning, and the rooms even though they were recently renovated you could tell that the work was done in a rush. The bathroom was very old looking. The attempt to make it look nice could be seen, but it failed. I would not use the shower. This place has potential, but they should’ve took more time to finish the renovations before opening. The breakfast was also disappointing, but I can’t really complain about that because it was free.

Paid in advance through Hotels.com. Upon checking in, we were told there would be a $100 deposit on our credit card, but would be credited within 5-7 business days after checking out. We were charged a $2.00 fee on the credit card. We did not authorize this nor were we told about it. The first room had no remote for the TV. My husband got one at the front desk. It didn't work. He was told to try another room. It did work, but the AC did not. Had to move to a different room on the 1st floor. There was no toilet paper holder installed. The bathroom door knob was loose. There was no cold water in the sink. My husband had to adjust the knob under the sink and then water started leaking. Our room faced the front of the hotel and parking lot. In the middle of the night, people were talking so loud that it woke us up. Worst hotel we've ever stayed in and would never go back.

Incidentals Are Too High.
The stay itself was great but the excessive amount needed for incidentals was not great. I stayed there 2 weeks prior and the incidental amount was reasonable but on my last stay it was not. Because of that I will no longer book a room there.

I can't actually review my stay at this hotel because they cancelled my reservation. I was delayed due to traffic and was not going to arrive until about midnight. They said the lobby was closing/going to be locked at 11 pm. So, I had to scramble while traveling to find another hotel to stay in that night. Very disappointed! Who has ever heard of a hotel closing?!?!?
