There were cockroaches on the night table and floor. I couldn't sleep thinking of the bugs. The shower had very weak water pressure. I think youshould refund me what I paid. The worst hotel I ever visited.

The first thing I noticed was that there was no batteries in the remote control. Then the heat would not come on. I tried everything. Didn’t feel like changing rooms so I just froze for a week. Not enough covers on the bed for winter. There was a cat screaming outside my room for days so I couldn’t sleep. Someone was feeding it applesauce. Other than that everything else was fine. Good location to everything I needed to get to.

Needs a little TLC
I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk to check in. Room needs updated, there were holes in dresser top, baseboard area had not be dusted in years, and no plug for the tub. The beds were old and the springs were about to come through the top of mattress. The fridge in room had no shelves in it to hold any at all. I can say that they were nice when we need a new blow dryer when the one in room did not work and the a/c worked great in the room.

Room locked when we tried the key. They had to switch the room. 2nd room had many issues. TV only had a green picture, bathroom door had a hole in it. Light and socket next to bed did not work. Light next to TV had rust as well as other places ,parts of wall needed painted. Not much choice for breakfast. All doors to breakfast locked with chain and had to go to main entrance. Staff friendly.
