What is expected for the price.
This hotel was what is expected for the price. It needs updates and things were falling apart, not the cleanest. The front desk woman was very friendly and welcoming! My husband got locked in the bathroom when we arrived, the door was broken. Luckily he does maintenance and was able to get himself out. For the rest of the stay we just didn't close the door all the way. We let them know at checkout but they didn't seem to care much. Dirty areas of the room where a thorough cleaning job was not done, stains on comforter. Chipping paint and not kept up. But for the price it was ok. We were worried after reading reviews but overall it wasn't terrible. Breakfast was good.

The room smells like cigarettes. The shower was dirty and had hair from the previous gusts in the shower tub. And the wifi is terrible. I called to complain and they told me it’s not their fault it’s the service. And I asked if I can get a refund because I need wifi to finish my school assignment and they said they can’t offer it so I’m basically screwed in this cigarette smelling room with terrible wifi.

The hotel is an old fancy hotel that once was very nice, but has been poorly maintained. Broken fixtures, pealing paint, and just worn out. Needs to be removed. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were friendly.

This place is a dump, tear it down and start over. I didn't feel safe due to clientele. The carpet near the sink was wet, shower was old, rust on door hinges USB outlet was broken. I will never stay here again.
