Super Impressed!
I travel for a living, and I'm always surprised when I see a group of people who "work together" love what they do, take pride in what they do, and believe in treating people with respect and care! This place was amazing in every aspect of Hotel Management and Cleanliness! I was impressed at how the concrete sidewalks were even pressure washed clean, the grounds were clean, the pool was clean and usable. The towels were white and clean, the bed was super comfy, and everything in the room was in working order and convenient! Bravo! You should teach classes on Hotel Management!

We booked very last minute on Friday 9/27 after Hurricane Helene affected Savannah GA. We had no power in our house and were scrambling to find a hotel as everything was getting booked. This was advertised as available. When we arrived the hotel had no power. The lady at the desk said I would have to cancel through hotels.com or Expedia. I called Expedia the next day and was informed the hotel would have to refund back the money before they can refund us. However the hotel is saying they never charged my card and that the person in charge of allowing refunds/cancellations manages three hotels so they are behind in requests. There is definitely still a charge on my card. Today is 10/4, a week after reserving. I still have not been refunded. The hotel should have taken themselves offline as available if they had no electricity.

The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, but unfortunately the area was horrible and the motel was worse! Our room was covered in mold, any fabric in the room was saturated in black mold. We were lucky our room had no bugs, but thankfully we brought our own sheets and blankets. All the metal was rusted and there was no convenient way to access our room on the top floor. We had to carry our toddlers and all our things up the stairs. There was also an obvious and strange smell on our room; like someone mixed fresh paint with rotted wood and tobacco. In fact, I am certain that they just continue to slap fresh coats of paint over all the filth. The carpets were dirty, there were several places covered in spider webs, etc. I would never stay here again! But, like I said, the staff were all very pleasant.

It was a hurricane Helene and they advertised on you're site they had rooms . But no where on the site did it say they had no power. So I arrived to a blacked out hotel. Very unacceptable. They the lady at the front desk was kinda rude. I get it we had a hurricane but you need to take the time to have you're customers aware of the things the hotel has during crisis situation dealing with weather. I could not sleep the staff was very loud and they was clueless about when the power would be restored. Which the lady at the desk said 8 pm . Then I come back Saturday and they had a generator just for the front desk to have only 2 lamps and no where else on the property not cool at all. I am not satisfied I left Saturday because my lights came back on before there's. I want some of my money back and I will be filing a BBB about this.

I would NOT recommend this hotel under any circumstance! We were desperate to find a place to stay because of hurricane Helene. This was the 3rd hotel we went to because all other were sold out or they would not check us in because they had no electricity. Quality Inn had no problem taking our money and checking us in with no electric. The cost of the room was almost twice as much as others sold out because of price gouging! The room was dirty, run down, and filled with Black Mold!! Wish I could upload pictures here. They’re was a man yelling outside my window at 3:41am then he started playing loud music until 5am! I felt totally unsafe with my teenage daughter.
