Poor management
The assistant manager called the police and tried to have me and my wife removed after payment was made for the room. Me and my wife both run businesses from our room I make jewelry and she designs clothes and purses she also is an aromatherapist she makes soap and body products so people constantly come to our room

My SO and I drove into town 4 hours away because my sister in law committed suicide late last night. We have had an awful night and terrible hotel stay. What I booked was a king room. When I arrived to check in, I was told there weren’t anymore. We got a double bed room. We couldn’t use one bed because it had a mold stain on it! I asked the receptionist why and she said “I don’t know why it’s like that online.” Not only that, the room had mold on the ceilings and even on the sheets. We needed to stay another night but due to the conditions, we checked out and decided not to get another night. Please excuse the unmade beds due to the circumstances, that is the last of our worries.

The room was DISGUSTING! There was roaches and trash all over. It had not been cleaned in months and I requested a refund. Do not stay here. The room is not what Expedia advertised at all!!

when i first arrived i checked in and went to my room. i had no shower curtain no remote and no toilet paper. i went down and told her i had no remote no tp and no shower curtain and she told me i would have to wait for someone to bring me a shower curtain which was fine i didn’t care and she gave me toilet paper. she tried to find a remote but couldn’t so i went back and i turned the tv on with the button and it was shattered. also no microwave or fridge. so then i asked her to change my room keep in mind this is at 5:30pm i couldn’t check into my room until 4:30pm but check in is at 3pm. she told me she would have to find a clean room so i waited another hour and at 6:30 pm i finally got another room. so i do not recommend this hotel. there was a robbery at the hotel the night before. and multiple shootings.

The service was horrible. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm and then didn't have anything ready for me until 430pm. Then 6 rooms in a row they put me in were all unacceptable. I demanded a refund amd wemt to another hotel

I just like when me and my husband and our cat like to stay at the bottom cause me and my husband have problems with our backs and legs and it's a wonderful thing that the front desk knows Everytime what our situation is and they understand us they are nice wonderful people at motel6 and the people who be knocking on our door be asking me and my husband is we stay or leaving we say staying and or say leaving motel6 people who work there is the nicest and kind and loving caring people to me and my husband and our cat so me and my husband giving motel6 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ten stars yall keep up the amazing work yall doing okay and me and me and my husband and cat will be back there again at motel6

They never answered their phone, told me they were booked out when I had already paid for a reservation. It was 2 am when we arrived because of evacuating from Milton. She finally said she found a room, but it had black mold throughout and no toilet paper. We left, it was unsafe, and tried to get our money back. They told us to call Expedia, and Expedia had to call the hotel. The hotel never answered the phone. I know this because I had tried to call multiple times and got no answer. The photos are nothing like the real thing. The photos looked ok, the real thing was straight out of a horror movie.

I booked this property due to an evacuation from Florida, and let me just say this place needs to be shut down. The cleanliness is nonexistent. Mold on the walls of the room and bathroom. Walls are all stained up, filthy and there are roaches too. There is a lot of unsafe activity going on. My family and I rented two rooms and the cops were called multiple times during our two night stay for fighting and breaking into the rooms. The employees fighting the guest and everything. I truthfully don’t recommend this place to anyone unfortunately it was the only thing available and the online pictures show a completely different atmosphere and hotel within itself. I really just wasted money on a place that shouldn’t be open at all.

When to check in and they said there was no more rooms available. I reserved the room on web site. I called customer service said it was a 3 hour wait. Called customer service the next day still haven't gotten no where on my refund.

Microwave not functional and that was the minor issue. Some kind of piping issue with floors wet from bathroom, dirty towels and if you stay there for the price ..bring some kind of weapon as someone was trying to get into the room several times in the middle of the night!!
