Nice hotel, the area was a little inconvenient to drive due to weird divided road. Bet breakfast of 3 other hotels we stayed at over our trip. Drawers in one cabinet in the room were missing but room was large and nice.

Old hotel needing a complete renovation. Filthy carpets, dirty fixtures, generally run-down condition. I will add that the day staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the night manager seemed to revel in playing the lobby music at full volume all night, and allowing guests to watch tv in the lobby at cull volume at 2 am!!

The guy working the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful, but that was really the only positive. The room was visibly dirty, the toilet wasn’t bolted/sealed to the floor so it slid around every time it was used and there was some sticky gross substance all over the chair and curtain. The elevator was broken thru out our stay as well. Had this been a normal situation, I would not have stayed. I would have gotten my money back and found a different room somewhere else. But with the hurricane just coming thru, there were no rooms available anywhere else. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Great stay. The room was nice and clean. The front desk clerk was a great. Got me in a room quick. The breakfast was good. Plus it was close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay.

The property has signs saying it's being renovated, but that process certainly hadn't reached my room. It smelled musty and the bathroom walls showed signs of mold. The pillows smelled bad too so I put a towel over them, which helped. A guest was sitting just outside the main entrance smoking weed.

AWESOME STAY!
The gentleman at desk was terrific! We had a room next to a barking dog (we had our dog with as well) and he immediately moved us to another room. We ordered a pizza and i asked about a dumpster to dispose of the box, he said "I'll take care of that for you!" and took my trash! This type if service is unheard of! Breakfast bar was clean, nice food. I will definitely stay at the LaQuinta in Pooler, GA next time we are heading north (or south). Will try other LaQuinta hotels when traveling with our dog!
