The property has a great location. The lobby decoration is nice, and the restaurant is good. The valet parking was great. The room was okay; I booked a room with a terrace and the view was amazing, but the room wasn't as clean as I expected. I had to call the front desk and ask them to send someone to pick up two bags of trash that were left on my terrace.

We stayed at the room 326. Room had a smell of mold. My kid showed symptoms of allergy, runny nose, watery eyes etc. His symptoms started after we checked in our room and dissappeared immediately when we got out of the hotel. Bathroom was also not very clean. There were hairs on the shower wall. And again mold smell. Other than these everything was great!

The hotel smelled amazing when we walked in. You just want to stand there and inhale! There are beautiful sitting areas and the restaurant is easily accessible. The one con is lack of hotel parking.

I would not not recommend this property at all. We booked this hotel to celebrate our anniversary and the check in process was horrible due to a very rude/bad attitude employee at the check in desk. We also booked a king size bed and was then told we had to have two full size beds because they didn’t have any king beds. We had to sleep in separate beds on our anniversary. They gave us an inside room overlooking the inside of the hotel and it was very noisy all night long and again in the morning. Do not book this hotel!!

Great views, above average dining (although foodies will probably want to venture out, there's so many options nearby) hotel staff was in good spirits, despite Hurricane Helene's recent havoc. Indoor pool kept my kiddo entertained when she tired out of exploring. Points off for the parking situation ($50 for onsite valet parking!) We parked across the street at the city of Savannah's Whitaker lot for $20 overnight. But overall I'd say this is a better hotel for people without a car or rental in tow.

Property aesthetics are good. Rooms not so much. Somewhat dirty and dusty. Mold in areas of the bath and sink. Corners of the rooms are dirty as well and there was a smell; like using old water to mop the floors. Had to switch rooms because of a mishap in my original room similar to above mentioned. Staff- great, friendly Lobby and conference rooms- great, clean. Valet- convenient but absolutely not worth $50/day.

The staff is not awesome. Don’t ask for anything unless you want attitude. Room was not great…had the river view king and the shower and sink didn’t drain properly. I won’t be staying here again. Definitely recommend Savanna..just not this hotel. Stay off the water.
