My only gripe is the front desk attendant whom I had to ask to speak up because she was whisper-mumbling (no, I'm not hard of hearing). She raised her voice from inaudible to barely audible, and I guess I had to settle for that. Other than that, lovely hotel.

We loved the location. So close to River st and lots of things happening nearby. We had a beautiful view of the river from our room. They offered an average what you'd expect breakfast for free. However, the lady that worked the breakfast area was amazing. She checked in with every table, kept the breakfast area stocked and clean. The front desk were very helpful and friendly. The only thing of note about service was that our room didn't get cleaned (2 night stay) i don't mind the towels not being changed but I'd have liked the garbage emptied.

The property itself is in an excellent location, however, there is a park nearby with a lot of homeless people and the smell of weed wafting from this park was nauseating. Limited choices for breakfast. Decided to skip breakfast when seeing people dressed in pajamas and bed head show up touching food utensils. Dress code for breakfast should be imposed. Staff is friendly, beds are comfortable.

There was construction and banging every morning. And we can hear the pipes knocking in the walls. And you have to pay for parking daily. Very convenient to downtown, beautiful room &gorgeous views but we paid for it with morning noise.
