The staff was great. Property was clean. Property is a little dated. Bathroom was clean but shower water pressure is very low and could be better. The young man serving breakfast was great and very accommodating.

The staff did not call me as promised when my room was ready for early checkin. Also the shuttle was released by the staff before I got to the door, even though I was 20 minutes early. This caused me to almost miss my flight.

To whom it may concern; My family and I enjoy traveling and we enjoy staying at a hotel that Clean and well taken care of. Every employee that we met was so very friendly,Kind and helpful. Our room had a musty odor, the toilet seat was loose. The sink had missing stopper. The hair dryer was miss the start button. We had to ask for the bedding to be changed because there was a stain on the comforter. We were a A bit disappointed since the hotel was so nice when we stayed there a few years ago. The Bedding is very comfortable,We slept Well .. We did enjoy a great breakfast and the young man taking care of the meals did a fantastic job. He too was very nice and friendly with us .

Waited almost an hour for the complementary shuttle once the hotel was called. Hotel was called ant 10:20 pm and the shuttle was scheduled for 10:35 pm, but then didn’t arrive until 11:10 pm. After traveling all day, waiting that long for a shuttle to take us 1.7 miles from the airport is unacceptable. The complementary shuttle was one of the reasons we selected this hotel.
