The Space:
We have a one-story bungalow with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen w/ coffee maker, washer/dryer, dining table, large couch and TV, and WiFi OF COURSE!
Guest Access:
The whole house is yours! We encourage the use of our full kitchen and refrigerator. There is a storage room/porch in the back of the house that you may access if need be (say to keep an iced cooler overnight). Please leave the key to this space in the deadbolt - Do not remove.
We have a great porch, ENJOY IT! Perfect for drinking coffee and soaking in a beautiful Savannah morning!
The Neighborhood:
This home is VERY conveniently located near Savannah’s Historic District and 1 block from Route 80, making trips to Tybee or Wilmington Island an absolute breeze! It also butts up to Daffin Park, perfect for a beautiful walk or run.
Getting Around:
It is about a 10 minute drive to get to the historic River Street/Bay Street and a 5-7 dollar Uber. Easy 20 min. drive to Tybee Island.
Other Things to Note:
**PARKING IS EASY!** Just pull right up in the front. There is ALWAYS room available near the house. ***Be sure to pay attention to the signs as there are street sweepers twice a week (you just have to park on the opposite side of the street when this take place)***
Interaction with Guests:
I may occasionally be there to greet guests, however, you have full access without me. We have a keyless entry door that I will give you the code to. I am always available by phone, and I live locally so just reach out to me if you need anything!
