Great Hotel—Very Satisfied
Everything was excellent! Clean, quiet, and spacious room with comfortable beds. Bathroom and shower were great too. Everything seemed very new. Only thing that was somewhat confusing was trying to figure out how the thermostat worked. Highly recommend.

Do NOT stay at this hotel in Savannah. The shade on the window was ripped. No room service! The food at the restaurant was unbeatable The staff was uneducated and rude. An absolute nightmare!!!!

Good stay and worth the price!
Overall stay was good. I was charged twice on the incidental charge but it balanced out and the front desk was nice when asked about it. DO NOT pay for valet parking, instead park diagonally in the City parking garage and it’ll be much cheaper. For 3 nights and taking the car out once only paid $25 for parking.

The beds were nice but the bathroom sink was completely clogged and unusable. The remote to lower the shades didn't work and so bright street lights glared into our eyes all night. The lobby was inundated with toxic chemical fragrance so we couldn't stay to have breakfast in the morning and I had to take my 94-year-olf mother with an injured knee to another restaurant. The night desk guy was sweet but very young and completely alone there. The young guy in the morning was quite rude, disaffected and unhelpful. I would not stay there again and would prefer to be reimbursed for this awful stay.

I advise use the garage across the street they offer valet for 40 a night to park your car across the the street same garage rates are about a dollar a hour and you easily leave and return yourself other than that staff where excellent

Housekeeping is on request. They do have it if you ask. Staff are always on site but may be in the staff room. Good location to walk to every part of the city.
