Great staff, poorly planned out rooms
Staff was awesome. Room was small but clean and bed was comfortable. Need a bigger garbage can and the sliding door on the toilet area offers little to no privacy, that was a horrible idea. Sound I sulation was no. Existent. Street traffic was very loud. $35 to park is criminal.

A bit dirty and a dead roach
The staff was friendly, but the coffee I paid for tasted like poison, like legit poison. The towels were damp and there was hair from prior guests all over the counters in the bathroom and a dead roach on the floor under the table. I hate to give it a bad review bc the staff was kind, but I will not stay here again.

I didn’t like to much the way they divide the beds from the bathroom, everything else was really good… lady at front desk very helpful, and parking guys also very helpful and kind with me and my family… my son loved the pool and playing options at lobby area

Property was very nice and clean . Location was close to downtown and definitely walkable for dining options . Only thing we didn’t like was being charged $35/night for valet parking , besides that everything was fantastic

Liked it overall, after the initial shock of several issues with room. TV inop, no maintenance guy on site (which it was late, so expected) I fixed it finding everything unplugged in side wall box. Neither of the window blinds worked, off track, took apart and fixed. Bathroom sink faucet leaked badly when used, out of top of faucet. Couldn’t fix that, needs replaced. Not a fan of no shower privacy, anyone in the tiny room can watch you shower. The in-room safe was totally dead, would do nothing. I like the concept and design (other than shower) just needs someone to fix the broken things in room before being occupied.

The two young ladies at the front desk I called them C and C! They were great. The valet was good, but damaged my rental car. They did take pictures and are supposedly taking car of the issue. The facility itself could be a lot cleaner. I had to switch rooms because the first one was dirty. The second room was satisfactory. I would stay there again only, because of location and the front office staff.
