Renovated well stocked kitchen. 2 bedrooms. 1 Bathroom with combination tub/shower. Newly refinished heart of pine original hardwood flooring. Beautiful living room with dining room combo in front of apartment.

Immaculate apartment and tastefully furnished. Perfect location for walking and sightseeing. The only negative aspect is that the apartment is across the street from the fire department which was quite busy and noisy. We did, however, enjoy our stay here.

This place is definitely a hidden gem! With a private parking spot for a vehicle (parking in Savannah is rough), walking distance of river street, Broughton street, and 95% of Savannah sights, it is the perfect place for a small family, or two couples. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous! We will definitely be back!

Great stay
We were in Savannah to see our son who is a student at SCAD and go to the film festival. The location was perfect - parked the car on arrival and walked everywhere. The firehouse across the street was not an issue - a few times we heard sirens but not much - wasn’t loud inside the house. Very clean, had everything we needed, beds were comfortable. Would definitely choose this rental again.

Great place adjacent to SCAD
We came to Savannah to move our grandson into his dorm room at SCAD. We had lots of trips back and forth from SCAD to Walmart/ Target, etc. and also had clothes to wash and sort. This place was met every need. Great location!!

Needs attention
The property was cute, perfect size, great location, reasonably priced based on comparables. BUT, and this is a big but in my opinion. I think the property has sat for a while. Upon entering, there was a strong musty smell. It did dissipate some by removing some pillows, but it never really went away. There is likely mold in the unit. The large bedroom with no windows was where it was the worst. There were also drain flies in the unit. Likely because of sitting water and/or mold. The unit needs some remediation.

We were in town for a family reunion. We had several days to explore the whole historic area. We found the location ideal for going to the river area as well as south to Forsyth Park and all the different squares. The location across from the fire station was busy, but with the bedrooms in the rear of the house it did not disturb us at night. Mary, our host, was very responsive to our silly questions! Would definitely recommend!

The unit is missing some items that would make it more comfortable. I couldn’t find a spare blanket when a family member was chilled. The towels were thin and sparse. The couch was super comfy but no throw to use for a nap. Great location with easy access.
