Excellent location off tourist track with the view over ocean.
We were happy to explore more rural part of the island. Property is well kept with mature garden and all appliances at hand. I personally would advise owner to change pillows as the present ones in state of decay otherwise all good.

Schönes Haus in El Sauzal
Eine schönes Haus, mit Terrasse ,Palmen und Blick auf die Bucht von Puerto Cruz Gut geeignet für 2 oder 3 Erwachsene, für Kleinkinder eher nicht. Das Haus liegt in einer gepflegten Urbanisation mit netten spanischen Nachbarn. Die Anfahrt zur Urbanisation ist naturgegeben steil und mit Serpentinen. Mietwagen empfohlen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief über Social Media und war unkompliziert. Stand November 21 konnten wir leider kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehprogramm empfangen. Aber trotzdem den Aufenthalt entspannt genossen. Für Gäste mit Hund zu empfehlen. Allerdings darf man sich nicht an dem Bellen der Hunde auf den Nachbargrundstücken stören und die sind sehr wachsam.

Schöne Finca im Grünen
Zu zweit haben wir unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genoßen. Die große Terasse lädt morgens schon zum Frühstück im Freien ein, während man abends im großen Wohnzimmer dem Feuerknistern im eingebauten Kamin lauschen kann. Für zwei Personen reicht die etwas knappe Küchen- und Möbelausstattung locker, ab 3 kann es eng werden. Waschmaschine mit Trockner funktionierten einwandfrei und mit 2 Bädern war alles sehr komfortabel. Parkmöglichkeiten mehr als ausreichend direkt vor der Tür vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das nahegelegene Restaurant Case del Vino.

Jolie maison mal entretenue
Cette grande maison manque de tout pour recevoir quatre personnes (chaises casseroles, assiettes, tasses). Manque d'entretien général : pas d'eau chaude à la cuisine, pas de pression dans les salles de bain, mauvaises odeurs dans la douche, les fermetures des fenêtres ne fonctionnent pas vous obligeant à fermer tous les volets avant de sortir. Joli jardin avec une très belle vue sur la mer, même si celle-ci est un peu loin.
