This is the stuff of songs, books, and movies. Our local arts and music community offers a special vibe. Just north of the Golden Gate Bridge (15 minutes to San Francisco), bicycle to Muir Woods and Beach, take the afternoon for a wine country visit. It's all here-living on the water on the RMS Sage. Your vacation haven is located just steps from the floating home used in the filming of a current TV series, and is included at the opening each week, and most of the outdoor shots. Magical.

Immaculate, Comfortable & Quiet
This is our second stay at this home. It was already great, but since then there have been several upgrades to make the space even more modern and comfortable. Somehow the owner managed to make the house unique but also feel like home. The floating home has more amenities than I'm even used to, and all questions I had were answered swiftly and professionally.

Magical stay in a most beautiful houseboat
This must be one of the most gorgeous houseboats in Sausalito. Loved everything about the experience - great communication, wonderful location, beautiful space, lovely decor, everything needed for a home away from home. Not to mention the luminous rooms & sun decks, superb sunrise views, spectacular sunsets, AND moon & stars through the skylight over the master bed. Magic! Thank you such a wonderful month.
