Note: IMPORTANT: UPDATE FROM HURRICANE NICOLE:
On November 9, 2022 our condo building was hit by Hurricane Nicole. The seawall was breeched by storm surge, causing a portion of it to break. As a result the entire back portion of our building grounds is closed until repairs can be made. Update. Wall is complete but awaiting permission to open now. 9/2024. Our building has been certified as safe for occupancy by county inspectors — however, the POOL IS CLOSED AND WILL NEED TO BE REBUILT, THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE BEACH FROM OUR BUILDING. To access the beach you must exit the front of the building and walk about 800 ft south to the small quaint public access at Seagull Park. The nightly price you are seeing for this unit has already been discounted to reflect this inconvenience. When you book this unit you are acknowledging that you understand and are aware of these conditions, which include:
(1) pool is closed until construction is completed
(2) beach access is currently closed due to hurricane damage; to get onto the beach you will exit the building and walk to the south to the public access at Seagull Park
(3) The hallway from the lobby, game room, card room, and public restrooms will remain closed until remodel of downstairs bathrooms are complete.
