Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

This large beachfront condo is the perfect place for your vacation getaway. The condo is a split level unit with 2 very spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level and a full bathroom, updated kitchen, dining/living room and large private balcony off the main floor. Please note there are stairs in the unit. Enjoy the ocean views from throughout the unit, including excellent oceanfront views from your master bedroom.

The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed and large HD TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds well as 50" Smart HD TV. There is an air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements. The unit has two fully remodeled bathrooms and is fully stocked with linens and towels. There is also free wireless internet available.

Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive.

We had a nice stay

We enjoyed this 2-story property. On the plus side: it was very clean, had plenty of linens, was quite sound proof, had good television viewing, had nice decor, the furniture was comfortable, the beds were comfortable, there was a washer & dryer (with laundry soap provided), the property manager was great (Taylor), the unit had decent views of the ocean and beach; and the price was good. On the negative side: the photos and description said it was a corner unit, however, this was deceptive as the property was not ocean front; but on the side of the building… While we had a decent ocean view we, also, faced a partially, constructed building of cinder blocks. This was quite an eye sore and was disappointing, as the photos and description did not reveal this information. There was no cooking oil (this was noted in advance), nor plastic wrap, foil, or storage containers. That is always unfortunate. The WiFi was slow and affected the ability to get online, sometimes, and the ability to stream shows. We had to reboot the system. Overall, it was a nice unit, and maybe will be a better option IF the ugly, cinder block building next door gets finished (it appears abandoned as of 4/13/24). Thank you.

Cute clean condo

The condo was exactly as presented on the listing. It really had everything a family of 4 needs for a beach vacation. We enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Beds were comfy enough nobody complained. This was a last minute trip for us. There were enough restaurants nearby for a few days and the Publix is close. The beach has a lot of shells if you enjoy that. Seems the beach a little ways down was undergoing restoration. This corner condo supplied views of sunrise and sunsets which was a plus. It’s 1hr to Orlando so we visited SeaWorld on a cold day as there isn’t much inside/bad weather stuff to do nearby. The check in info supplied so great recommendations on food and activities nearby. Overall happy with the stay

Enjoyed our stay

Stayed before Christmas. Beach was beautiful! Most entact shells, huge lots and extremely unique shells we have encountered. Kids enjoyed the pool and shuffleboard. Adults enjoyed walking the beach when the tide was down, the books and puzzles available in the common area (near the aerobics only gym area), and playing with our boys. The weather was cooler than we expected, but nothing beats beach time and the view of the water. The new condo being built next door did not cause us any issues as some have stated before. The pool was warmer than the air and ocean water, but was still fairly cool only allowing for short visits. The place was clean and quiet over all! Great kitchen area and all the needed requirements to fix a few meals. The management was quick to respond about an issue that was for their need to know only, nothing that inhibited our stay by any means. We would stay here again if available.

A solid decision to stay in paradise for a week.

We really enjoyed our stay. Whether it was the quick access to Satellite Beach, the clean & cozy feel of the home-away-from-home property, or the fantastic location that allowed for easy travel to anywhere my family wanted to go, we were never left questioning our decision to stay there. We’re already talking about coming back to play in the sand & surf next year.

Amazing honeymoon stay

We stayed for our honeymoon and absolutely loved the property. Waking up to a view of the ocean was a dream. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and you can see space launches right from the balcony. Easy access to everything you need! Would definitely stay here again

Unfortunately, a condo was being constructed next to this property. Our initial condo was right on top of all the activity at 7 AM and 4 AM. The property manager moved us to another condo further away from construction plus compensated us a little for our troubles. The new condo was much better with less construction noise. I thought that the property manager, Taylor, was excellent. We plan to come back here next year again.

The condo had everything we needed for the beach, which was a huge plus for us. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie boards were provided. The view was great from the condo and it was very clean. The property was also very quiet. Communication was fantastic with the property management, everything was provided to us when they said it would be. I can't recommend this property more highly. Can't wait to go back!!!

Rejuvenating relaxing beach vacation

We enjoyed this property, location and city. It was a quiet beach and nature visit. Beach walks in the morning to see what new sea turtle nests had been laid, and many birds, and dolphins. Condo was very clean and we comfortably cooked several nights. Grocery store is across the street. Enjoyed hanging out at the pool or on the deck. Hosts were very responsive and able to accommodate us longer when our flights got cancelled. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice condo

Great rental experience! Beach was great and condo provided boogie boards, beach chairs umbrella and cooler so it was super easy to enjoy our time in the ocean. Heated pool was fantastic! The only thing missing was a bonfire by the beach.

Nice Condo but..

We rented a corner condo for the view of the beach, however upon arrival there was construction going on for the sea wall. We were not notified of this and after contacting agent they said they just found out a day before our arrival. Which after watching construction it appears they were there for a few weeks already. No biggie on the view but we were looking forward to the pool access, um but the pool was not cleaned and after communicating it was found out they were waiting for a new pump. We never got to use the pool. We did utilize the ocean with the boogie boards but had to get to the beach and walk a ways because of construction. We were woken up early with the construction and found that parking was limited because the workers parked in spaces left for residents. There was also an ant infestation in the bathroom that I cleaned up with vinegar daily. We where compensated for a 2 night stay however I feel we were mislead on our 5 night stay due to not being able to use the amenities and not being forewarned about it.

Great Condo!

Great condo on the beach! The bed was comfortable. The washer & dryer were convenient. It was nice to use the beach chairs & umbrella & beach towels on the beach. The pool was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Good place to relax, not much to do near the property other than the beach.

Nice condo with easy access to the beach. Grocery store very close by, but really not a tourist area. If you're looking for go-cart tracks and water parks this isn't your place. If you prefer an uncrowded beach with several restaurants nearby and an overall slow pace you'll like this place.

This property was great. A wonderful ocean view and very quiet. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. Also very comfortable and just a few steps to the beach. The grocery store is less than a block. My family and I had a very fun week.

Seconds to the Ocean but Shabby Property

We enjoyed many aspects of the stay: view from the bedroom, spacious condo, and some of the updates to the unit. Unfortunately, the pictures don’t show the large dumpster next to the unit that has unopened doors and guests, and service personnel tossing trash day amd night. Additionally the LARGE dog only area is also adjacent to the unit, so expect visitors to walk by frequently. The pool and stair to beach access was also disappointing and in need of updates and cleaning! There were some issues with the unit itself as well. There are only two single towel racks and the rules explicitly state that towels/items may not be hung outside. Also there was broken glass under the upstairs guest room, a shower curtain rod that had to rehung three times, large wet swimsuit stains on the couches, and the prior guests unicorn macaroni left underneath the counter. All that said it was a family adventure at a value price, quirky but we made it work!

Location, location, location

The proximity to the ocean and the roar of the waves were magnificent. It was cool enough during the night to leave the bedroom window open and be lulled to sleep by nature’s sound machine. Central location between Cocoa Beach and Melbourne. A Publix & Dunkin a block away. Our first night we discovered there was to be a Star Link launch at 4:28am and the balcony afforded us a perfect view. At one point we thought the rocket was heading straight for us! There were plenty of towels and soap. There is a Keurig coffee maker so bring pods. We did not cook in the unit however it looked adequately equipped.
