The rooms were quite dirty. Food on the floor, dirty handprints on the walls, stained towels, staff took dirty towels but did not replace with clean ones. Halls were filthy.

We checked into this hotel knowing it wasn’t a 5 star however there were 3 adults with three children all female. When the man who was homeless and high on the sidewalk ok but when he is let in the building and is commenting towards our young teen then is knocking on our door pretending to be food deliver that was it we were out if there.,Took 10-12 minutes before front desk answered the phone. We asked for security. We got some rude women telling us he had a room in the hotel and we were over reacting. We went to front desk got refunds and left. Not one person apologized for our experience. Staff was totally oblivious to the problem they obviously have. As we drove away the same man had been sent back out the front door where he was urinating on the front entrance. Never ever again! Stay away stay far away!

When we checked in the staff was very friendly. I asked for a room close to a door due to mobility issues with one of the people I was traveling with. They did an amazing job of accommodating all our requests. Rooms were very clean. The area did have a few homeless people around, but they also had security walking the parking lot.
