Building and pool area did not match with the photos of the property. The website indicated free continental breakfast but this was not the case and cost my family an extra $60. The poolside room was very noisy and the pool seemed old and dated. Will not be returning.

The water park is fantastic and definitely the draw for this property. Otherwise, the property is definitely showing its age. It is overall well maintained but could use an upgrade. The breakfast buffet was $18 per person and resembled a continental breakfast, which was disappointing. But staff were great!

There has got to be better ways to clean?
Just overly not clean. Anywhere you go the floors are so dirty even in a freshly cleaned room. There isn't proper mattress covers and the beds aren't vacuumed etc after stays so leftover hairs from other guests are everywhere. There was clumps of hairs floating in the pool. Every visit to the pool included another area closed off for usage. Just seems even after the renovations things are just not kept up. The entrances are filthy and have terrible smells.

I honestly want a refund, the room was dirty, and smelly. Complained 3 times and they didn't do anything and kept saying they couldn't do anything. They didn't vacuum the room before we arrived, I did try and get them to do anything for my daughter for her birthday. Nothing. Almost $20 for a basically Continental breakfast quality is ridiculous. Breakfast was cold and small selection. Also no pricing for breakfast "buffet" anywhere. Restaurants floor was very dirty our first night we came first supper as well. Again over priced food that was cold and gross, I got a half rack of ribs and it was half warm. Glasses dirty. Just terrible gross experience and really ruined my daughter's birthday.
