I would consider staying here again. Accommodations were clean and staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms are simple and much like a dorm room but that’s all I really needed. Shared washrooms was fine but could be a challenge if the hotel was really busy. Limited parking (4 spots out front and probably the same amount in the back alley). If you’re looking for an affordable option, this definitely works.

There was nothing on the website that stated that the washrooms and other amenities were communal. Though it's not the end of the world it would have been nice to know that 3 bathrooms/showers are shared between 15 rooms. The staff were polite and kept the spaces clean and tidy buy theres very little privacy as the walls are terribly thin.

The accommodation was very nice and very close by to the UofS which was very convenient. The only thing would be to add a microwave for folks to be able to use for warming their food, it’s convenient and fast.

I’ve never stayed at an inn 🏨 before and this was probably more enjoyable than any chain hotel. The staff are amazing friendly and answer any questions. It’s located close to where I needed to go as I am not use to city driving and it’s located perfectly for which exit I need to get home too. The prices are so affordable so if you are on a budget look in to THE COLLEGE INN you won’t be disappointed

Very convenient, Rught in front of hospital. Near to unversity not far from downtown. Nice and clean. Staff is very helpful and polite. Overall 5 star for them and well deserved.

Bring earplugs! The Queen room doesn’t have air conditioning but it is clean, and if you’re not okay with a shared bathroom, this motel might not be the best choice. We didn’t mind the shared bathroom, but the key only works for the back door—we weren’t informed of this beforehand. The bedsheets are old, and the pillows are just the ordinary type, nothing special. Also, if you need stable Wi-Fi for work, this may not be ideal, as the connection frequently dropped inside the room. Overall, consider checking out the other two nearby motels. This motel is budget-friendly though!
