Rate is more expensive when i get there. They did not honor your rate instead i was charged more. Front Desk officer told me that expedia is always like that your rate is not acceptable and you guys are difficult to deal with. I am upset because of that plus they took $200 deposit for my booking that i am not prepared for that. They took deposit of $200 upon check in but i need to wait refund 3-5 business days. Disappointed and Not happy at all on that part.

The room was okay and i liked the bed. The public areas were plain. I definitely did not like the breakfast nook right in the lobby, with everyone checking out right beside your orange juice. Free breakfast was limited.
