This is our new favorite spot for a staycation with the kids. The pool lights up at night, and the brunch buffet is always amazing. We were upgraded to a King balcony suite, so we felt like royalty during our stay!

I stayed here with my mother and grandma, for 6 days!!!! There was no cleaning of our room, the majority of the house keeps didn’t speak English. We did meet one girl, Jessica- she was very accommodating, she made sure we had everything we needed. We called and asked for more blankets didn’t get them. The hotel was very dark in the hallways, the WORST of all is our key card did not work half the time!!! Super dry in the hotel. If you’re not from Saskatoon, make sure to bring halls lozenges and nose spray. We arrived and was never Told about the $50.00 a day!!!! Deposit! Please get some house keepers that care enough to come check each day, refill the toilet paper, more soap as 1 is not going to last 3 people 6 days! ! No extras for staying as long as we did. Brutal. Will never go there again! The only people that made our stay worth while is Jessica and I can’t forget about Rick! Thank you for brining the maintenance guy up right away and offered to move us rooms. Thank you so so much to Jessica and Rick.

The room was terribly dated. Got the jetted tub room the faucet was loose and felt like it was going to fall off. Room was very hot and the thermostat wasn't working it was something out of the 80's. Window was screwed shut couldn't open for some air. Mentioned at the front desk the room was almost unbearable they offered a fan or the maintenance guy could remove the screws from the window so it can open. Had our dog in the room which was nice with a 30$ surcharge. 200$ after everything was not worth the cost. The front entrance and customer service station was nice should invest in upkeep and maintenance of the rooms i lot more.

Overall stay was good. Breakfast was expensive even with vouchers, rooms were really hot with minimal control of the heat and the windows wouldn’t open. Hotel was clean service was excellent!

Oh my god ! I forgot the name of the girl who helped us but she was absolutely amazing. It was a girl on night shift i suppose, she had the patience for my questions, a d respect for me too!! The best hotel till now, the “dove” amenities are the by far the best. That girl should actually be rewarded
