Hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. Although we had an experience with one of the bartenders who demanded a tip. Excuse me i would if I felt you deserved it. But he did pull us aside and was questioning us. Then refused to serve us after the fact. Felt a little childish and unprofessional.

I liked traditional British style of the hotel and the pub. I didn’t like the surrounding full of homelessness and bad smell…. unsafe for visitors.

Definitely a pretty hotel with character with nice, comfortable rooms. Staff was excellent and the bar that is attached to it had an awesome staff with great food.

We booked a room based on the pictures of 2 beds. It resulted in us having a room booked for only 1 bed. It was a lot of hassle to have our room changed to 2 beds. The pictures representing the rooms need to be accurate.

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The hotel staff were so unhelpful. They say they have parking. You have to park in a tiny court yard and pull in behind the car in front. Then you have to leave your keys with reception incase the car in front needs to leave. If you don’t do that you have to park out on the streets. They advise you not too as the cars always get broken into. You can’t enter through the main door as it permanently locked. TV didn’t work, room door didn’t lock shut. Hotel elevator was real dirty and elevator safety certificate expired December 2023. Pics available
