Very loud people outside the room all night. Nobody came to help. The breakfast was AWFUL. Worst breakfast at a hotel I’ve ever had and wasn’t even continental. Paid for a brutal breakfast. Sausage was sour and gross. Eggs were watery, pancakes were dry.

Front desk staff confusion
We booked a total of nine rooms for 14 guests. 4 single rooms and 5 double occupancy rooms. we paid for breakfasts to be included. price was for breakfast for 2. So 2 single rooms paid for 2 breakfasts to cover all guests. Hotel only gave single voucher for the guests (even tho price paid stated for 2) 2 double rooms never received breakfast vouchers which resulted in mass confusion at breakfast time. As a business trip covered by myself the Employee this was beyond annoying! Also ended up paying for 2 breakfasts as front desk staff refused to rectify the issue. An example of front desk staff being less than competent and far less than helpful.

Biggest gripe with the stay was how awful the beds were. Very hard and it felt like the springs were creaky. Hard to really enjoy the stay when you wake up feeling awful. My partner spent one night on the the hideabed. It was still not great, but was a step up from the the bed.
