Everything was nice except it was so busy at the pool the water was not great by the time I got to it in the evening. If a lot of traffic needs maintenance more often. Also had to ask for a towel as there weren’t any left

Very modern and clean property, parking was easy, very close to the highway, pool and water slide was fantastic and open late. Breakfast had tons of options, staff were great, and the room was very clean and comfortable with modern washroom and amenities. Even had a microwave in the room!

The room was clean but there was a smell to it like they washed the rug and didn’t dry it properly and the tub was small and could use something so you don’t slip in there while showering maybe add a handrail I know it’s just a minor complaint but there was nothing to stir the tea/coffee with. But loved the tiny soap. Very cute and unique. Other than the smell it was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly. More of a hotel for overnights I think.

We were quite open-minded when we arrived as the area itself looked dingy. Upon arrival, we had booked one of their more exclusive and expensive rooms, and when the TV didn't work instead of being helped straight away we were advised to troubleshoot ourselves over the phone. This happened for almost 30 minutes before they eventually sent someone across. The morning's complimentary breakfast was absolutely disgusting. There was nothing hot to eat not even cooked eggs (advised of hardboiled eggs) - the self-serve waffle/pancake machine did not work, so we ended up having to order McDonald's Breakfast before our 3-hour drive! But the cherry on the cake, even though we had arranged an hour late check-out at the time of booking, and again confirmed this when we arrived. We received a call during the regular check-out time reminding us it was time to check out - so embarrassing. When we approached the staff about this on our way out during our "agreed actual" check-out time, they said they were not aware and no note was left concerning late check-out from the night staff - untruth!!! Overall, apart from the hot tub in our room which was the only reason we had booked this hotel in the first place, it was an awful experience, and we won't be staying there again.
