Awful experience checking in. Blizzard happening so had to book a room. Room was paid for online. Needed a physical credit card to check in for incidentals. Don’t have a credit card on me. I had a debit card and a visa debit card and cash but no credit card. Front staff was rude and not willing to accommodate anything considering the conditions outside the fact the room was already paid for and my wife is a Marriott gold member. Would rather send my wife and daughter out into a storm than make an exception to a rule and let them check into our already paid for room.

Great room but lacking everywhere else

The room was excellent! Heated floors in the bathroom were an awesome touch. Overall lots of very noisy guests in the halls all night and the street noise and police sirens were a bit much. The restaurant on site was pretty sad and way overpriced. I wouldn’t stay again because of everything outside the room itself.
