Executive suite is perfect for anyone looking to stay in a completely private suite with all the amenities. We are located in very safe quiet neighborhood near golf, parks and amenities. This is truly your home away from home.

Description:

Stunning modern one bedroom executive suite in lower level of our home, fully equipped with all amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, in suite washer and dryer, air conditioning, in-floor heat, cable, wireless internet, scanner, copier, Ipod doc and much more.

Guest access:

This is the perfect place for a single person, couple with a small child (playpen available). Charming patio with barbecue.

Interaction with guests:

Owner is available periodically with reasonable notice. Property Management firm contracted to handle unexpected services needs.

The neighborhood:

Ideally located in a safe quiet neighborhood near parks in Briarwood Sub Division. Walking trails, golf course and many other amenities are near by. We are located a short distance from the Circle Center Mall and many popular restaurants on 8th street.

Getting around:

Easy access to down town in 15 minutes by bus or taxi. We provide private parking as well.

Other things to note:

Personal assistant is available upon request. The owners residence is located nearby.

House Rules:

No smoking. No parties or events. Check in is anytime after 3 P.M. Check out by 11 A.M.
Smoke free dwelling. Excessive noise will not be tolerated by adjacent suite occupants or owner.
