I wasn't impressed with the outside of the hotel, or the surroundings but was pleasantly surprised inside. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was decent too

The property is in desperate need of a renovation. the room smelled like dill pickle juice. Not at all like the photos. I would not stay there again.

The staff were very good, the building is a bit run down though. For its purpose, this is a good place to stay. The breakfast staff were very friendly, cleaning staff were good but overworked it seemed. Front desk was very good as well. Would return again!

I knew this was in a weird, industrial area of town, but it was close to where I wanted to be. That being said, the property is very very old and grimy/run down just from age. It hasn't been re-done in a long time, which is fine, but aside from clean sheets and towels, everything just had a layer of grime on it that has not been wiped, dusted or anything is what looks like decades. I've stayed in older places before that are still well maintained, and this was not one of those places. The first room had some kind of bugs, both on the box spring and just laying around like on the tray where the ice container and plastic cups were. Not sure if some were bedbugs, but lots of dead shells of creatures just around. The second room was better, but not by much. The freezer in the fridge didn't work, so my frozen items thawed. The air conditioner smelled musty, but it was too hot to turn it off. The room smelled like it was formerly a smoking room, although no longer allowed, in that old cigarettes way. The sheets were laundered but stained. The complimentary breakfast was terrible, with barely any food and the waffle maker was broken. The computers were broken at the front desk when I checked in, so they couldn't even make keys. If you left your room you had to get a staff member to let you in again, which is just annoying (for them too, I'm sure). Lots of scuff marks, smears etc on the walls in the hallways and the rooms. Everything was broken or half broken. Big meh.
