Excellent staff service and great environment with public bath. Hotel also has a private gate to access Huis Ten Bosch and an automated storage and retrieval system for luggage too. Highly recommended.

A grand but ageing hotel with nice facilities but the room was perhaps looking a bit tired. The decor was probably the height of fashion a few decades ago. The private entrance to Huis Ten Bosch was welcome and meant we could easily take a later afternoon break from the park. Biggest breakfast room was large and (quite reasonably) a focus on Japanese rather than Western tastes.

It was a wonderful experience ! Hotel staffs are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is super and service , cleaniness is always at top conditon. This is best hotel that we ever stayed at Kyushu ! We have a wonderful and unforgettable experience at Huis Ten Bosch!

Excellent hotel in Huis Ten Bosch!!! our 3rd stay
Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. The rooms were small compared to American rooms but bigger than you would find in a room in Tokyo. The food was excellent there and the public bath was clean and very nice. Very close to Huis Ten Bosch and this is our third stay here so you know we like this place

Huis Ten Bosch November 2023 visit
Our stay was great. The hotel was such a convenient location from the park and even had its own private return entry. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. There was 2 of us and the room was quite spacious. The hotel had drink many vending machines and a small store for last minute snacks and souvenirs. Only somewhat tricky thing was transportation. If headed back to Fukuoka Airport, make sure to book/purchase your return ticket the day before, as the JR station ticket office does not open early enough to purchase the day of departure if you are leaving in the morning.
