Gross. The duvet was covered in blood stains. The TV remote was missing. I was accused of taking it. The TV did not turn on. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone did not work. There is no elevator.

Quick and easy check in. Room was updated, however l noticed the inside toilet rim, and behind the toilet was dirty, when I using the tub. Also the bed sheets were slightly worn with pilling which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The Wagg’s restaurant was delicious and service was amazing. Breakfast and parking were free and price for the room was unbeatable. Very convenient location for crossing the border or visiting the waterfront.

We enjoyed the stay. The room was neatt and clean. The continental breakfast was a nice touch. I would stay again.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay based on the hotel's cleanliness, modern decor and price. This was our second stay in three weeks. Our only complaint was the AC/Heater's fan needs maintenance to ensure it runs quieter and emits a consistent noise.

I found the staff a little difficult to understand...I had asked for easy access to parking and limited walking. they DID correct this and offered a new room. The access key did not work and had to be re activated 3 times. I wish the website would list rooms available with walk in/ handicapped showers...it would have been easier for the staff to understand how to accommodate me .

Likes- Great location in the middle of Sarnia. Short walk to scenic riverview park. Lots of free parking. Room & bath were very clean. Bed & pillows perfect. Breakfast was filling with good choices. All female staff was very efficient. One of them changed the battery of the smoke alarm in our room. Room temperature in cool October was well controlled. Only dislike- the heater was a liitle loud so we had to wear earplugs.

Nice renovated room and bathroom. Could use some touch ups in the bathroom. Person downstairs was nice. Breakfast area tables need cleaned as people come and go. Would come back.
