This is our second time staying at this hotel. It’s a nice, clean, family hotel. Front staff is very pleasant and we like the convenient proximity to the border. Would stay again without question.

Great hotel - watch the cookies
Fresh and clean hotel, bed was great and 6th floor was mostly quiet. Gym was good and mostly empty. Two bad points. 1) i stupidly ate a cookie, one of the ones left out in the evening. Because there were no warnings i took one and was violently sick as it had peanuts. Several times they had them out again and i asked, they again were peanut, with no warning.... 2) security for the best Western nextdoor were dangerous idiots, racing around the shares car park in a security branded jeep, bullying cara out of their way and travelling extremely fast. I reported this to holiday inn and they didn't care. Nice hotel, with the exception of trying to kill me and the security issues
